サウンドの特徴
The original white body was also made of alder, but it was quite heavy compared to the other JB model I own. I thought the sound of the original body was better, but I am now looking at it to see if it is too much to compare a new body with a body that has been played for 20 years. I am now looking at it. It used to have a distinctive midrange, but now it has lost it and I feel that the low end of the 6th string is too much.

元々は1990年に日本の神田商会系THE楽器屋で新品購入した'62アメビンでしたが､今年春PUをebayで買ったSCNに載せ替えた所､ボディのザクリが二階建てシングルハムには足りないことが判明｡ラッカｰ塗装が焼けて黄色になっていた事や鼈甲柄PGにはサンバｰストがより似合うのでは?と思い､予てより適当な物件を探していましたが､やはりebayで超軽い'57ヴィンテｰジホットロッドの2Tサンバｰストボディを発見!57ホットロッドはフロント､ミドルPUにSCNを搭載している関係上､ボディのピックアップキャビティが深いんですね｡そこで購入換装した訳です｡
