I waited for 3 months for the made-to-order, and then complained to the manufacturer that the top veneer looked like it had been joined when delivered, and ended up waiting 6 months. The case was also not a grand opry, so we took another order and waited another 3 months. Finally, the case was delivered, and I was asked if I would like to put a key on it. So I waited for more time and finally got it all in the fall.
