The front is a bit rounded and the sound is quite fat. Great for soloing.
The rear is gruffly distorted and distortion is nice.
It has a coil tap, so it has a jangly sound like a strat.

Former sum41 guitarist Dave Bash is using a Les Paul Custom. I bought a Les Paul Custom in May of this year.
I bought it in May of this year because I was fascinated by the Strat's jangly sound.
It's heavy and makes my shoulders stiff, but it's the best guitar I've ever owned.
I love it.
