The sound of the plebe is very powerful due to the PU, and the mid and highs are generally lifted, so when the tone is set to full, the sound is crisp. However, the instrument itself is well constructed and has a good sound, so it is surprisingly easy to handle for the characteristics of the PU.

Third bass, purchased in February '15, not technically a guitar, but a guitar in the broadest sense of the word.
It's all stock, and like Chris's Teledera, I don't think I need to do anything special to it. However, there is a rumor that he is switching to Rotosound, so he is expected to move to Swing Bass once he is sure.
The neck is slightly narrower than a regular PB, and the strap pin is a Schaller security lock. It's hard to tell from the photo, but it has a light relic finish.
