The body is thinner than a typical Flying V.
As a result, bass is produced with gusto without being spoiled.

The Flying V was given to me jointly by my friends on my birthday.
Later, I modified it because I wanted to be adventurous since my other V had the same coloring.
I changed 2 hums to 1 hum and cut the tone circuit.
The pickups were converted from Gibson to DiMaggio PAF.
It is a slightly older DiMaggio from around 1980 and seems to have a good distortion groove.
